Salary £16,000 - £18,000

Your role will be to offer a comprehensive and flexible administration service to support the UK IT department.
You will provide efficient and helpful reception duties for the IT department to include answering all incoming calls, accurately manage the IT department’s calendar ensuring arrangements are made for facilities, eg. meeting rooms, refreshments and travel documents when required by the team.
Other administration duties will include all documentation relating to IT licences, IT contracts, quotes requested and invoices received, expenses, policies, training documents and other relevant IT documentation is accurate, suitably stored and easily accessible by authorised IT team members and ensuring all correspondence with suppliers and customers are drafted to satisfaction.
You will also provide support to IT customers by providing assistance to the team for basic technical issues, making certain all support calls are entered onto the Helpdesk system at time of receipt and all requests are tracked to ensure completion.
You will be involved in IT projects to ensure the business software is compliant such as quarterly assessments of the current IT licences and agreements, including report of allocated licences and posting informative and agreed information accurately on the Intranet on a weekly basis to inform the business of the progress on IT projects.
To be successful in this role you will have strong administration skills with experience of working within an IT environment. If you have experience from a customer facing role this would be desirable. You will possess excellent IT skills and a broad knowledge of Microsoft products.
