As part of our growth plans, we now have an opportunity for an ambitious individual to start their own division working in the accountancy market. The remit will be to launch this new division within Vanilla dealing with sales of this specific market sector and developing the specialism under the Vanilla brand. The growth will be as rapid as you can justify, each division will grow according to its own ability. Your destiny really is in your own hands.

Background – you must be able to demonstrate high levels of success in recruitment. We are looking for an innovative recruitment professional with demonstrable experience in developing new business, managing client relationships and candidate expectations. You will be naturally ambitious, commercially orientated with a good billing history and an ethical approach. It is essential that you genuinely care about delivering exceptional service and creating a positive brand impression for both clients and candidates.
Location – you must be suitably located for an easy commute to Market Harborough,
Package - we are open on salary, increasing this with performance. We offer an excellent commission scheme. All staff start with 25 days holiday per year.
Work environment - We are based in a four storey office building with all the market town amenities you would expect close by, including cafes / sandwich bars etc.
We have our own in-house creative department, designed to increase marketing activity and give Vanilla the edge over the competition.
Our admin support team are highly experienced & allow the consultants to focus on selling & making money, not administration!
We believe in people being productive in core hours, and unlike many recruitment companies, do not insist our staff work ridiculously long hours. We prefer our consultants to be highly effective for the time that they are at work.
