ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT - IT DEPARTMENT

Salary £16,000 - £18,000

Your role will be to offer a comprehensive and flexible administration service to support the UK IT department.
You will provide efficient and helpful reception duties for the IT department to include answering all incoming calls, accurately manage the IT department’s calendar ensuring arrangements are made for facilities, eg. meeting rooms, refreshments and travel documents when required by the team.
Other administration duties will include all documentation relating to IT licences, IT contracts, quotes requested and invoices received, expenses, policies, training documents and other relevant IT documentation is accurate, suitably stored and easily accessible by authorised IT team members and ensuring all correspondence with suppliers and customers are drafted to satisfaction.
You will also provide support to IT customers by providing assistance to the team for basic technical issues, making certain all support calls are entered onto the Helpdesk system at time of receipt and all requests are tracked to ensure completion.
You will be involved in IT projects to ensure the business software is compliant such as quarterly assessments of the current IT licences and agreements, including report of allocated licences and posting informative and agreed information accurately on the Intranet on a weekly basis to inform the business of the progress on IT projects.
To be successful in this role you will have strong administration skills with experience of working within an IT environment. If you have experience from a customer facing role this would be desirable. You will possess excellent IT skills and a broad knowledge of Microsoft products.

An experienced HR Advisor is required for a public sector organisation based in South Leicestershire to join their team working on organisation transformation and re-structure programmes. 
You must have a thorough understanding of redundancy, re-deployment and appeals processes together with generalist HR experience from within the public sector.   You will also be involved in other HR projects and join a visual HR team within a Unionised environment. 
The role is based around a 22.5 hour week, ideally over three days but this could be flexible.

    Do you have experience from within the travel/ conferencing industry?  Our client is looking to appoint two Corporate Conference& Events Consultants to join their team in Northampton.

The role will be handling inbound calls from high profile corporate clients and taking details of conferences & Events you will need to arrange.  These conferences could be based in the UK or abroad and range from a small number of delegates, to thousands.  You will plan the conference from start to finish, keeping the client updated at all times.  You must be highly organised, a skilful negotiator and be able to prioritise your workload as you will be organising a number of conferences at any one time.  You will have experience from within the travel, conferencing, have proven negotiation skills and be used to organising events/ conferences or travel itineraries.

The hours of work are on a shift basis between 8.30 am – 6.00pm. Benefits include contributory pension, travel discounts and up to 25 days holidays plus Bank Holidays.
