SALES MANAGER - GERMANY

Our client is an international manufacturer of craft materials and is looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Sales Manager to be responsible for developing and expanding sales across their German territory.

It is imperative that applicants have a proven field sales track record and have the ability to speak both German and English fluently. You will be responsible for growing turnover and profit in Germany via proactive sales activity. You will be knowledgeable of cost and profit margins and be expected to join the UK team regularly for meetings and presentations.

You will be a highly self motivated individual with the ability to drive strategy and be accountable for your own areas of responsibility. You will be ideally located in central Germany and be expected to stay away on a regular basis. You will need to hold a valid passport and a full, clean driving license.

Full product training will be provided for the successful candidate and professional development will be provided through an annual training budget. You will be required to work closely with senior team members and you should be smartly presented with a professional approach.

GERMAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER ADVISOR

Our client is a growing UK online Mail Order Company that has grown substantially over the past few years. Working at our client’s prestigious offices you will be dealing with the German Contact Centre by offering administration support, writing briefing documents and assisting with product knowledge.  You will also deal with customer escalated calls from the German and UK call centers. You will also co-ordinate supplier orders, liaise with the German office to resolve invoice queries and work towards both team and individual targets.

You must have proven German language skills in a commercial environment, strong attention to detail, excellent PC skills, customer service experience, a professional telephone manner and the ability to work well in a team environment whilst establishing effective client relationships. Some travel to Germany may be required.

INBOUND CALL CENTRE AGENTS

Working for an established local employer you will be providing an excellent level of customer service over the telephone responding to inbound calls and sales orders. Working within a friendly team environment you will need excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner, strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills

To succeed in this interesting new position you will have previous inbound call centre experience.  You will possess strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels and accurate keyboard skills. Hours available are a choice of 4pm – 8pm, 5pm – 9pm and 5.30pm – 9.30pm.

We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading healthcare company and be an integral part of a new project. We are looking to recruit skilled Data Cleanse Co-ordinators to assist with the maintenance of their in house database, during their new SAP implementation project. To be successful in the role you MUST possess the following skills:-
  • Good PC skills & MUST be proficient in MS Office systems
  • Intermediate or Advanced level of Excel, with proven knowledge of using VLOOKUP's
  • Ability to cleanse important systems data
  • Check & validate data
  • MUST be accurate & have high levels of attention to detail
  • Need to have accurate data input skills
  • Good levels of numeracy & literacy

The role is part of an exciting new project and will be based at the Atherstone site.  The role is Temporary ongoing for a period of 2 months with a view to regular review.
