Our client is an international manufacturer of craft materials and is looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Sales Manager to be responsible for developing and expanding sales across their German territory.

It is imperative that applicants have a proven field sales track record and have the ability to speak both German and English fluently. You will be responsible for growing turnover and profit in Germany via proactive sales activity. You will be knowledgeable of cost and profit margins and be expected to join the UK team regularly for meetings and presentations.

You will be a highly self motivated individual with the ability to drive strategy and be accountable for your own areas of responsibility. You will be ideally located in central Germany and be expected to stay away on a regular basis. You will need to hold a valid passport and a full, clean driving license.

Full product training will be provided for the successful candidate and professional development will be provided through an annual training budget. You will be required to work closely with senior team members and you should be smartly presented with a professional approach.
