Are you an innovative thinker with strong creative abilities? Are you looking for an opportunity to challenge your abilities within an international retail brand? If you have exceptional web design skills and strong UX experience we would love to hear from you!

You will have excellent user centered design experience within a commercial environment. You will have exceptional experience designing for e-commerce websites and have strong project management experience from concept to completion. You will be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver and have knowledge of CSS and HTML, Flash knowledge would be advantageous.

You will be an effective communicator with a flair for design and the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively. Strong planning skills and an eye for detail are essential to be successful in this role as is the ability to work well under pressure and a highly motivated outlook.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent in the field of web/graphic design and ideally have a background in retail or e-commerce.

GERMAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER ADVISOR

Our client is a growing UK online Mail Order Company that has grown substantially over the past few years. Working at our client’s prestigious offices you will be dealing with the German Contact Centre by offering administration support, writing briefing documents and assisting with product knowledge.  You will also deal with customer escalated calls from the German and UK call centers. You will also co-ordinate supplier orders, liaise with the German office to resolve invoice queries and work towards both team and individual targets.

You must have proven German language skills in a commercial environment, strong attention to detail, excellent PC skills, customer service experience, a professional telephone manner and the ability to work well in a team environment whilst establishing effective client relationships. Some travel to Germany may be required.
